Formal mentorship is provided through structured cohorts coordinated with partner programs and affiliated organizations, rather than through open enrollment. Cohort-based mentorship prioritizes fit, availability, and support needs while ensuring mentors are supported and programs remain sustainable.

Above all, mentors are supported through structure, clarity, and intentional design.

We partner with schools, student organizations, and pipeline programs to facilitate structured mentorship cohorts for pre-medical and medical trainees.
